The foreword has been written by Virginia McKenna OBE who inspired many of my generation in her iconic film role in Born Free with her husband Bill Travers. Virginia is a co-founder of the Born Free Foundation along with her late husband and her son Will Travers who also contributes a chapter.
All the wonderful contributors are highly acclaimed within their fields but there are too many to list here. They include actors Jenny Seagrove, Dame Maureen Lipman, Rula Lenska, John Nettles OBE, and Martin Shaw. Wildlife artists Robert Gillmor MBE, Nick Mackman and Karen Laurence Rowe.
